In the last round Freiburg managed to end the losing run of four games, after they beat Bochum 2:1 away. Thomas Schaaf’s men start each duel without hesitation aiming to crush the rivals early on. That is why the great number of goals Werder players score in the first half is no surprise. That is why seems tempting.Freiburg managed to move away from the dangerous zone after winning in Bochum but the fact that they host inspired Werder doesn’t favour them at all. Only once did Freiburg manage to beat the green squad in this millennium, while they lost even seven duels. Werder obviously have no intention of ending the negative run in this game and even though they will have to do without their best striker, we believe in away win.
